Fill ‘er up, as they say!

For an easy guide take a look at this picture. If you fill up your bag to about 25% full, we’d probably need a little bit more to make sure your charity sees a real benefit.

50% full is certainly getting better and
if you can get all the way up to 75% full (or above!) then that’s the best way
to ensure your chosen charity gets
the maximum benefit from your
kind donation.

We’ll happily take any new and used good quality clothing donations you have in good, reusable condition. And that means your hats and scarves, jumpers and shirts, trousers and skirts and shoes! Naturally, we don’t accept underwear!

And also, tempting as it might be, we don’t want any bric-a-brac either. Purely because we can’t use it to benefit your charity in any way. So save that for the jumble sale!

All clothing you donate must be in good, usable condition. As well as damaged or soiled clothing we are unable to accept any of these items:

  • Bric-a-brac
  • Furnishings (curtains, carpets, rugs etc.)
  • Electricals
  • Underwear (including socks and tights)
  • Pillows and duvets
  • Specialist clothing (ethnic clothing, uniforms, personalised clothing etc.)
